The short version: one email address, only if you hand it to me, only to tell you when the founding table opens. Nothing else.
This note is written to be read, not to be survived. If anything here is unclear, ask me and I’ll answer plainly.
Me. I’m Kali Safwat — co-owner of ZANOOBA and the facilitator of this room. I’m based in Sofia, Bulgaria, and I look after the Circle personally: no team, no agency, no mailing-list operator sitting between us.
In the language of the regulation, that makes me the data controller. In plain terms: your email lands with me, and I’m the one who answers for it. Write to me at kali.safwat@gmail.com.
I use your email for one purpose: to tell you when the founding table opens, and to answer you if you write to me. That is it. The basis is your consent, given when you submit the form, and you can withdraw it at any time without giving a reason.
I will not sell your address, rent it, share it with advertisers, or add you to anything you did not ask for.
The site is hosted by Netlify, and form submissions are stored in their system on my behalf, which makes them my processor. If you later join the Circle, payment and membership are handled by Lemon Squeezy and Circle, each under their own terms — but that only happens if you choose to become a member.
Until the founding table has closed and I have finished contacting the list, or until you ask me to delete it — whichever comes first. If the Circle never launches, I delete the list.
One email to kali.safwat@gmail.com does any of these. It comes to me directly. I aim to reply within a few days, and am required to within one month.
On the diagnostic, specifically. I built it to run without collecting anything, because a tool that tells you where your business is weak should not quietly file that away under your name. Your result is yours. If you want me to see it, you have to show me.
